I started this in August 2025 as an experiment. Small groups, honest conversations about AI in product work. No recordings, no passive consumption — just people showing up and figuring things out together. Here's everyone who's been part of it.

The first one. I had no idea what I was doing. People from the US, Europe, India, Middle East joined anyway. We figured it out together.
Things got better. More structure, better pacing. Nigeria, Germany, India in the same room. Time zones were hard, but the conversations were worth it.
Word spread. This became the largest group — UK, Ghana, Germany, India. Two people couldn't finish due to job changes. Life happens. They're still part of this.
I made a choice. After struggling with global time zones, I focused on India. Smaller group, tighter sessions. A few people came back for more.
The biggest names yet. Microsoft, Walmart, Barclays, Verizon, Cisco — people from companies you'd think don't need this. Turns out, that's exactly who does.
